our streamlined customization system that is integrated with
the latest computer technology. The starting point is our
in-house database consisting of over 500 pre-designed house
plans. The client's own specifications are then incorporated
to provide the closest fit. The client selects a desired plan
and makes further custom changes. The final "semi-custom"
blueprints emerge from our AutoCAD™ software, ready for
construction.
